Reservation conditions

• Minimum rental of 3 nights.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the houses.
• Check-in time is at 5:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM (Rural House Regulation Decree). For check-ins or check-outs outside of these hours, please inquire about possibilities.
• At the time of booking, 30% of the total stay must be paid.
• NO STAYS OR USE OF THE PROPERTY FACILITIES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE STATED IN THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. Failure to comply with this rule will give the owner the right to take appropriate measures.
• Parties and inviting people who are not staying in the house are not allowed.
